I would like to talk to everyone about being aware of your surroundings. You may think you are but most women aren’t. I pay attention to everything that goes on around me especially when I’m alone and it’s dark. I always check my mirror to see if someones following me and if this does occur I have a plan to take them straight to the nearest police station. 

Girls in college going out partying, never accept drinks from men. You never know what’s in them or what someone is capable of. Make sure you go out with a buddy that is on the same page as you, not one that’s ready to spend the night anywhere and you end up alone or stuck with her date and his friend. Always remember these tips and be careful. 

Even if you don’t get out much, your average trip to the grocery store, the gas station or the ATM can end up as a tragedy if you are not paying attention. It’s so easy to forget because we are always running to and from, rushing and trying to get things done but always pay attention. People who are on guard are less likely to be victims in a preventable situations.
