1. Clothing Return Period

Eligible clothing items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

To qualify, the customer must submit a return request within this 14-day period. Return requests received after the 14-day deadline will not be accepted.

Clothing must be:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair and other odors

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Clothing that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

6. Starting a Clothing Return

Your return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery and must include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The clothing item being returned

• The reason for the return

A return is not approved until you receive return authorization and instructions from Major Must Haves.

After approval, the return package must be shipped within seven calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued. Returns shipped after this deadline may be refused.

Do not send merchandise to our business address without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
